This is a simple little program I wrote as an experiment in learning Visual Basic.  BMP Viewer will quickly display your bitmaps in a "thumbnail" image to help you easily find the  picture you're looking for, and once an image is loaded you can view it full-screen for more detail.

The program should be self-explanatory.  Select the .BMP file you want to see by navagating the drive, directory and file lists, then double click the desired file in the file list.  To view the graphic full-screen, simply click "Full Screen" on the menu bar, use the Alt+F key combination, or click the thumbnail image itself.  When you're looking at the full-screen image, a mouse click or any key will bring you back to the start-up screen.

Like I said, this is a simple little program I wrote just to learn Basic.  However, I'll keep working on it, adding features as my experiments in different file formats and the like are successful.  If you like this program, please send $5 to:
